About

I am a National Certified Counselor and National Certified School Counselor with extensive experience supporting individuals through emotional, developmental, and life challenges.

I specialize in working with older children, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, perfectionism, academic pressure, identity exploration, and relationship concerns. I also work with clients experiencing ADHD, trauma, grief, family conflict, self-injury, and substance use. Many of the individuals I work with feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck and are ready for meaningful change.

My approach is direct, individualized, and grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship. I integrate evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy to provide care that is both practical and insight-oriented.

I help clients understand the patterns driving their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while building the tools needed to regulate emotions, navigate challenges, and move forward with clarity. Whether challenges show up as emotional reactivity, withdrawal, burnout, or a persistent sense of feeling “off,” I provide steady, focused support to create real and lasting change.

I also collaborate with families, schools, and other providers when appropriate, ensuring a comprehensive and aligned approach to care.

My goal is to help clients develop emotional stability, self-awareness, resilience, and strong personal boundaries—so they can feel more grounded, capable, and confident in their lives.
